Churchill will buy, rebuild Turfway

As someone who lives minutes from Turfway I want this to succeed (and think it will).

But a nicer facility doesn’t mean it suddenly becomes a more important stop on the Derby Trail. What am I missing there? Less than ideal timing and still contested over Poly.
