but it has to stop somehow,, im betting santa anita all day i get to the 8th, and my o t b acct says i cant bet it,, some kind of law concerning harness, i know,, i know,, steve has told me countless times,, but dont you think its time to change this rule? really/ there basicly forcing you to bet tracks tyou dont wsnt to, come on,,, how do we start to try and change this?
