No, actually. The point, would you choose to actually read the thread, is that he signed a Federal state of emergency declaration 2 weeks ago. And hasn't lifted a finger to even so much as follow up since - THAT is why, to Zigs point, there is no Federal involvement.
But his ignorance is not without precedent. He did kinda completely ignore the BP oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico for 5 WEEKS before he was forced off the golf course and engage. Why haven't you apologized for trying to make hay out 14 people murdered by Islamic terrorists before their bodies were even cold? Now THAT was inexcusable.
