Snyder has and taken a ton of flack ( much of it deserved), I think he's backed off and let the newer GM Mcglewin pick the talent and for that I give Snyder credit. I am very encouraged about the future of the team. Though we certainly do have plenty of holes to still fill.

i think the amount of money going to qb's has gotten so far beyond ridiculous. no way most are worth what they're paid.
i won't be encouraged about wash until they get a new owner.
