The oaks was already run, so the wager is closed so there will not be any refunds. I believe the Kentucky policy is you get the starting favorite in the event of a scratch rather than a consolation payoff. So therefore you will get 18 (American Pharoah) in the last leg instead of Int'l Star. Good luck!
