How can anyone say that did not change the outcome? As Privman tweeted, in 4 steps he went from the 7 path to the 3 path. He should have been taken down.
I would have not have lost my **** if I was taken down.. Having said that I think it is rare for a horse to get DQ'D for something that happened at the start.
