Through 3 picks in the first round, nothing unexpected...Then the Bills give up a #1 and a #2 next year to move up to 5 spots from 9 to 4 to get Sammy Watkins. Now we get to see if Manuel is the real deal.
They spent like he is a first ballot Hall of Famer. Of course I like the pick but they paid way too much.
