If I knew the rule, then a guy who's job is to know the rules, should know them. The rule is stupid, but it is a rule.

Mike Pereia tweeted last Sunday regarding a play in the Bucs vs Carolina game.

@MikePereira: If the challenge flag is thrown before the replay official initiates the review then the play is not reviewable.

Schwartz is paid handsomely to know the rules. It is all on him, despite the stupidity of the rule.
