I called them, and they acknowledged there is a problem. He told me in order to watch live video, select tracks and include one of the UK tracks as one of your selections. Click on the live video icon at the top left of the page, and select the UK track as the one you want to view. From there, you can switch to any track you would like to view.
Do I have to hop on one foot and recite the Gettysburg Address while spinning clockwise as I click?
