I am trying to find any written rules on what a trainer can and cannot do during suspension... anyone see anything.. I just read all of DE rules and nothing was there...
I have never heard of these rules... Scott Lakes signs have been up since day one at Gulfstream! Putting a call into a friend in Ny on the board... will let you know
