ugh life with Rendell
Why can't we cut spending as opposed to raising taxes? Why haven't we seen an increase in revenues from the slots? How can the budget be short by $1.5 to $2 Billion....? Who's going to pay...middle class. Basically he promised property tax reform if slots were improved...and he'll succeed at all costs.
