My style of play in these ROI contests probably leads to a very low success rate, but I keep hoping to use them to learn about the best (and worst) approaches to some of the exotic wagers that I normally don't attempt in everyday play. If you went to the track with me and stood next to me at the window, you wouldn't think it was the same person. But, here we go again:

Race 6:
$2 pick 4: 2,4 / 1,2,6 / 3,4 / 2,5,10 ($72)

$1 pick 4: 2,4 / 1,2,6 / 3,4 / 8,12 ($24)
