Lets start there. This is one tough nut to crack today, and it wouldn't shock me if it carried over again. |

![]() Mike,
Thanks for your tout in the bias yesterday. While Race 1 didn't unfold with speed holding, the rail was sure good and the only reason I keyed Chief Speed was on a fly that it was still good. I know they change the track daily but I figured I would take a flyer in that the rail is good again today, not sure if the 1 was much the best or not, but it sure look like the rail carried him to the win..... |

biases like yesterday's make me say no thanks after i see its that bad. I find those biases the hardest to win money on. You can't control a bad break from the gate, and because only so many horses in a given race have speed, it narrows down the possible likely outcomes. When I see a speed bias that extreme, I say el paso. I prefer closing biases because theoretically you can get more horses to be likely to be involved in gimmicks, especially suck up types underneath at big odds. Looks like the rail may be the yellow brick road again today, but at one mile and 70 yards with a short run to the first turn its always advantageous to be drawn inside. Watch the next few before making any serious plays. Best bets from these biases come in their NEXT STARTS!!! Winners who look so good come back overbet, and horses who ran evenly and got beat look worse than they are and get underbet. Just make sure you pencil yesterday's date on your calendar and eagerly await the runbacks. |

I said just wait to they come back and we cashed on like 4 horses who were against the bias(I know one was Silvestris, Steve would remember us singling her in the pik-6 next out after her against the bias trip and she jogged) who came back and won. And we also bet back against some horses who ran with the bias at short offs who failed. best part about mega inside speed biases is the bets they produce when they run back. |

![]() If the 4,5 or 11 win the last I'm gonna be pretty pissed off.
We scratched into the fave in the 8th race and that ****ing bogus non dq cost us being alive for the pik-6 and 10 pik-5's rather than the lousy 3 pik-5's we are alive for. 4 and 5 are paying 12 grand. 11 is paying 41 grand. Some ****ing furniture is getting smashed if one of those things win. Those circus slown stewards there are the absolute pits. |
