Default Oaklawn Park Stewards handled this perfectly and made the right call

Those were very aggressive tactics going into the 1st turn and had Grace Hall been edged out for a top 4 placing ... the decision to DQ would have been appropriate. That didn't happen though.

I think this was an excellent non disqualification and giving the winning jockey a suspension was appropriate. I would have even fined him a little on top of it.

The no-change certainly didn't benefit me at all either.

i don't understand tho, if he impeded, why didn't they get taken down? at what point in the race is the cutoff between affecting the finish vs not?

It was a minor infraction and had absolutely no impact on the results.

Had the winner been DQ'd, it would have been unfair to everyone, from the bettors to the connections of the winner.

If Grace Hall was edged for a placing, the decision to DQ would have been unfortunate, but appropriate.

It's not hard to figure out why Rosario never claimed foul.

In these instances, the winning jockey should be fined and suspended imo... but the results should stand as is.

If an incident like this happens at a track like Charles Town ... the winner would have been DQ'd and placed 7th for sure.

so if it was minor and had no impact, why did it warrant days?

Because it was reckless.

You think it's prudent to punish the customers and connections of the winner for the over aggressive actions of a rider?

It would have been unfortunate had Grace Hall arguably been cost a placing as a result of the incident. However, she wasn't.
