I think the ticket will be Romney and Virginia Governor Bob McDonnell.
McDonnell freaked two days ago over the "government rape" bill his state assembly just tried to pass, and even though he supports that bill 100%, he asked the bill to be redone to not include object rape by order of the government (now just includes forced government external medical attack) That's a clear response to his desire to be Romney's running mate.
