Anyone know any freeware where I can capture video and save it as an MPEG?

I want to be able to save replays off of Twinspires.com.

if it's Flash, Keepvid should work if the site is listed

I looked at this site, and if I am grabbing a replay off of Twinspires, there is no link for the site, which is what you need. BS privacy and ownership crap.

I'm serious...I don't need to add to my porn collection, I would put it up against anyones in all categories.
