Yeah, I realize all of that. That sire seems to throw very few useful horses, but when they are good, they are pretty good.

More specifically, I wanted to know what flaws were present in this horse that let him go for so little. It was just an out of curiosity type of question.

Very sexist if you ask me. I'm thinking about writing to Byk about how insensitive she is and hopefully she'll get banned.

Reason I through some ??'s out there was because GBBob actually tried to get that name because he is a huge Pearl Jam fan, and that is one of his favorite songs.

Interesting coincidence....

Most likely it's just that, a coincidence.

Besides, wouldn't a guy put out less pearl jam with one less nut?

As for a name for the Smart Strike ridgling, maybe "A. P. Indy like" or 'AP Indys other nut"
He had some xray issues but nothing major and he simply didnt have much female family for the book 2 crowd. Really was poorly placed, should have been a weekend horse, probably would have brought more like $50k. He is a really nice athlete with some room to improve.

It was a bit of both - knowing Bob's taste in music and what Indian Charlie said. I thought it was clever you bunch of haters.

Wait soon they will do full body cat scans, then every little mark will matter to some folks. I would suspect at least half of all G1 winning wouldnt XRay clean.
