I know many of you use Poly as a catchall to describe any AW surface, but they are not the same stuff and shouldn't be treated as such in discussion or in handicapping. Not even all the Poly tracks play the same way (AP vs Kee). |

![]() I'm kind of surprised Tale of Ekati hasn't tried the turf yet. Tagg always seems to lean that way with his horses anyway, and there is so much $$ to be had for 3 yr olds on the turf. I know he doesn't have that explosive turn of foot, but neither did Nobiz Like Shobiz, and Tagg turned him into a decent one. I'll take TOE's turf pedigree over NLS as well.
