Are you saying that it is OK to label a horse "bad" because he once ran 120 Beyers and now runs only 100? Because my thought process, which you think is hopeless, is that THAT is foolish.

You don't know what you're talking about, do you?

I'm done with this ridiculous discussion. I'll give you the last word, as long as it's something other than "the economy is bad."

Yeah...so many horses these days ran 120 Beyers.....why didnt you use a horse with a 180 Beyer who dropped to a 160 ?......nice try

Lets be realistic....

Horse : Justindewisanass

2 yr old top Beyer 90

3 yr old top Beyer 100

4 yr old top Beyer 65

Most would agree that this horse is NOW in bad shape. This is what is goin on with the economy here...a very similar dropoff.

The economy is bad

You were making good points but if you think the economy is a 65 Beyer right now you're drinking from the crazy juice.

I'll bet you're an Obama supporter.

If so, I think you and your friends are going to be very, very depressed next November.

Anyone is better than the worst president this country has EVER seen. The day Bush leaves office will be a great day for this country. He accomplished what he wanted to do...make him....his family...and his cronies all incredibly more wealthy. That and is by far the most moronic president we have ever had.....the guy cant even put a sentence together without screwing it up.

I take it you are a big George W. Bush fan. Makes sense considering your level of stupidity.

As of right now, you can bet Big Brown to win the Belmont and you only have to lay -280. They are offering that line at thegreek.com, which is one of the most reputable on-line race and sports books. If you think that he won't win, you can get +240.

On race day, I think he will be somewhere between 1-5 and 2-5.

You're the one who thought I was saying the economy was "great" when I was saying the economy "wasn't bad". Then you argued against points I wasn't making, and made points of your own that proved nothing and had zero to do with the discussion we were having. Then you chose to dismiss the points I made by saying "you're stupid."

You can tell a lot about a person's intellect by the arguments they make, whether you agree with them or not. And your arguments prove you know very little about the economy. And your comment about Bush wanting to make himself and his friends rich proves you know very little about politics as well.

Seriously, are you over age 18?

Too funny......go do a little research on The Bush family and some of their friends. Then get back to me.

You really cant be this naive/gullible.

The economy is doing pretty bad but there is no possible way it can be worse than Court Vision.

I think it's safe to say that the economy will not hit "Court Vision" level. At that point people would resort to cannibalism due to high food prices.

I wish that was the case. Graduated a long time ago.

How many years has it been since you took the short bus to school ?

i love how BB already won. i guess thats why i was at the IRS window when birdstone won. then its like people are genuises when they say hes the most likely winner . is that how people bet ? open the paper and bet the 1-5 shot. The only way to bet that race is to take a shot against him otherwise just watch. then people are dissing the poor guy because hes willing to , of all things actually gamble. and of course americans don't think for themselves, look at our leaders, the present one is a moron and people voted for him twice. that should tell you how smart the average american is. the economy is fine for me because i can bet winners that are paying 10 dollars or more. let all the "experts" bet on big brown

Brass Hat might be a better comparison for the economy. Was cracking 110 Beyers and making millions (at least before they had to give it back) and now is struggling in the 90s but could still beat Court Vision.
