I don't believe any part of this expanded version from the tea party.

Why would I rent it out during Derby? That is where I stay during the Derby. 2 other people and myself bought the place when we owned some horses. I bought it from them when we got out of owning horses (fyi..I only owned 10% of the horses) and I started a business in Louisville. Since I have sold the business (oil change) and I bought into another business. I travel to Louisville and Southern Indiana every week and that is where I stay. And if you dont believe me about the rental fee check out for yourself what places are going for during Ryder Cup week.
