Default Old Friends...home for retired horses GREAT article

Thought some of the board members might be interested in this piece in today's Boston Globe...former Globe movie critic Michael Blowen started a project called "Old Friends" a retirement community of sorts for the horses down in Kentucky...

Thanks for shedding light on what is a terrible situation. I couldn't believe the horses that they had rescued. It's really hard to believe that people could do these things to such great athletes who have done so much for us as fans.
