Dinner Tonight

I have 2 Chops that have been in a ziplock bag marinating in Italian dressing, Seven Seas, for 20 some hours. They are in the oven as we speak on top of Kraut. When I browned the Chops, I used some Lawry's and Emeril's Essence for seasoning. I have Brussel Sprouts done, they were cooked with butter and minced garlic. Also will have a Baked Tater, lots of butter and pepper.

For a nice nightcap I have a Strawberry Bar cake from work.

Life is good.
