![]() After a week's freshening, we get to start our new season this coming Saturday. The choices are not that great, but I think that our best choice might be at Woodbine. Three graded stakes and a restricted stakes are on the schedule.
Entries aren't yet available, and weather can always be an issue in Ontario in late November. Just wanted to let you know how I'm leaning in case anyone has some alternative suggestions. |

![]() Looked at Del Mar with the G3 Native Diver, but only 5 entries signed up in that. The rest of the fields are mostly short 7 or less. Just a thought but you're choice of Woodbine is better. And why not start off the new year travelling to our friendly neighbors to the north.

![]() I should caution everyone that unless one of you wants to score the points contest [the last time this topic came up none of us were in a position to do that], we will once again be having an ROI only contest.
Let's all wish Plenilune the very best and think nothing but good thoughts for her to be back up to full handicapping speed very soon. |

![]() Don, that's a great offer. That will let us have both of our contests. I noticed that Woodbine has just posted its card for Saturday. Need a little time to look at it to figure out which races to play [all 11 seems a bit much].

![]() Let's start off our season by heading North of the border to Woodbine. We'll start with Race 3, the Ontario Damsel, and play the balance of the 11 race card.
Post time for Race 3 is 2:25 PM Eastern. |

![]() Hey, I'm game to give it a try, too. I'm in accounting so I know my way around a spreadsheet. I've never seen the set-up before, so ....
