Belmont trainer stats

I was just looking at the Belmont trainer stats for the current meet and I was surprised not to see Angel Penna Jr on the list. The Equibase list I looked at had the top 20 trainers based on wins and the 20th trainer had 7 wins. I was sure I was going to see Penna on that list. I am a passive horseplayer but it seems he has at least 7 wins for me alone during this meet, including Diamondrella in the Just a Game Stakes on Belmont day ($21.20).
Anyone else surprised he is not in the top 20 or am I just way off?
