Default Patriots Vs. Chargers

Who you got? Without a doubt the most interesting game this weekend. I think New England wins outright. Rookie QB on SD and a coach who chokes in every playoff game against the best quarterback of all-time and the best coach of all-time.

I will be rooting for SD to win it all....strictly for the reason being that I would like to see LT win a Super Bowl. If you can't like that guy...who can you like?

I like Tom Brady too. But yes, LT deserves a ring. Not this year though.

-Patriots excel at shutting down what a team does best and makes that team beat them some other way. That being said, Pats will NOT shutdown LT, it's impossible. But they will slow him down. He will not be the game changer. That leaves the game in Rivers' hands. Belichick will be salivating. Rookie QB in the playoffs. Advantage NE

-SD's defense is stout. Pats will be hard pressed to make hay. However, SD and NE play the same 3-4 with speed rushers. So did the now departed NY Jets. Pats will throw a few wrinkles, but Brady will make his plays.

-Sidelines. Belichick vs Schottenheimer. Like asking if you want a blow job or a kick in the balls. The choice is obvious.

New England 26, San Diego 20

Laugh my ass off. You could've said burger or porterhouse but your choices were good too. Ha ha

i think the patriots win. and then win the super bowl. i know some teams have played some hellacious games against new england, managing to get themselves up for the game of their lives...but the pats still find a way to win. i don't see sunday being any different. and the chargers are pretty dinged up--rivers has a partial tear of his ACL, i don't see him playing. and i'm not sure how much LT will get accomplished, he's pretty sore as well.

game of the week. two teams that truly want it, and play like they want it. unlike the hapless nfc--other than the saints that is....

i'd like to see san diego in--ironic that they continue on, best record in the afc, and eli felt he was too good for the likes o' them!

but brady finds new heights in the post-season. and those who say schottenheimer chokes in postseason are entirely correct.

I want the Chargers to win this game because I think they would end up being 7-8 pt favs over the Bears in the Super Bowl, but I would LOVE to get a piece of New England again, and I am sure many Bears would also

Yeah mark it down. No way the Patriots score more than 17 against the Chargers.
