![]() Anybody here fond of this bet?
Seems like they get some decent carryovers. May switch my betting "tack" from the poly at Turfway to Tampa for the winter. The poly kickback looks like it has returned in the cold weather and the track spooks me to say the least (I think it might freeze after all). How do they price the twin tri? Is is the cost of the first tri leg added to the cost of the second tri leg? It can't be 1st leg X 2nd leg . . . 6th leg like a pick 6? Thanks. |

![]() Best I can tell, you have to be at the track for this bet,but I may be mistaken.

![]() you have to be on track, as far as i know. the way a twin tri works is you bet the first tri, and for each $2 winning combination you have in the first leg you get to exchange it for a combination in the 2nd leg. So let's say you hit the first leg with a $20 bet, you'd get 10 shots at the 2nd leg.
the reason the carryovers get so large it's a nearly IMPOSSIBLE bet to hit without a massive investment.

Likewise, if you play a $20 tri part wheel for a $240 cost, you get 10 combos in the next leg.

![]() Thanks for the help everyone.
Looks like a bad bet . . . Beulah Park (of all places) had something similar last season with a tri-super. Played it only once. Nailed the tri multiple times and felt great about the upcoming super. Then they canceled racing due to track conditions. If I remember I received some paltry consolation. Looking forward to Tampa tomorrow. |
