Jeter couldn't care less about indivual awards, would have been embarassed to accept it.
He was asked about the "great year he had" and said the only great years he had were the years the Yanks won the championship.
Thats because hes all class and all money.
Its also why hes wearing 4 rings, and hes not done yet.

These voters clearly don't understand concept of MVP...and there must have been a bias against the Yanks. Stats don't tell the complete story,as demonstrated by comparison of Howards/Pujols. Albert was money when RISP was on,and when men were on base. Bad beat for Jeter.
