Default Hansen out of Travers, and wait for it...

...will most likely be retired.



Has tendon injury according to multiple tweets a few minutes ago from NYRA, David Grening, etc.

That was exactly my thought, with recent announcements about Bode and Union Rags. If this had been a few years ago (with down breeding industry), they may have tried to bring one or more of these horses back, but with breeding industry stabilized and the horses being by sires such as Tapit, Dixie Union, and Empire Maker, the trends from the early 2000s seem to be reasserting themselves.
