![]() Joel Rosario, among the leading riders in Southern California, will be moving his tack to Belmont Park beginning June 27, his agent Ron Ebanks said Sunday.

![]() I hope Ebanks has some things lined up already, otherwise I don't see where all of these mounts are supposedly going to come from.

![]() I wish him well and agree... he'll be back.
I'll never forget the way he pulled up Battle of Hastings last year on Derby day and will forever be happy that he was on that horse and not, well... not important. |

![]() Don't worry about Ronnie. He has a very solid relationship inventory.

I remember him having Michael Baze, then Talamo and Tyler Baze in tandem before Rosario. Rosario will do fine anywhere he goes. |

![]() Giving up a gig where you're first call for just about every favorite in 5-6 horse fields to come east to take part in the NY money grab seems a bit foolish to me.
I think he may be exposed as being a very average rider, and may have a tough time going back as there is plenty of talent (relatively speaking) in the jock's room at Del Mar/Hollywood. Good luck to him, I hope I'm wrong - I don't see him taking over many of JV's mounts - especially if he doesn't make a strong impression very early on. |

![]() Rosario's agent is one of the most popular people in racing ( for good reason ) and he's also extremely smart. There is little chance he is coming here to fly by the seat of his pants.

![]() It's looking like Rafael Bejarano should be send Joel a thank you card for shifting to NY. He's already won the first two races today and he's on the favorite in the third today at BHP.

![]() True, but now he's winning at 100%. it's a small sample.

![]() I laughed.
Like I mentioned in Sunday's play along thread...you have Agapito Delgadillo winning at 14%, Edwin Maldonado winning at 17%, DFlo winning at 17% (would be under 10% if he wasn't a decent turf rider), Chantal is winning at 15%. Most overated jock colony. Ever. |
