Default My head is going to explode (the jockey-go-round)

Since I'm about to blow my brains out trying to keep this straight I figured I'd ask if someone from a time zone far, far away could help me out and let me know if I've got this right or not. It's regarding the Melbourne Cup...

Corey Brown was seemingly intent on being reunited with Bauer for the Melbourne Cup but then went with Shoot Out which is understandable cause of recent events. Okay got that.

So now Muncie gets Bauer although he maybe shoulda been on Descarado but that mount went to Rawiller. I don't know why though.

Drunken Sailor probably won't get in but if he does, Brett Prebble has the mount ALTHOUGH he's being discussed as the possible rider for Mr. Medici since Mossee will ride American. If this happens the mount could go to Beadman (?).

Dettori had his choice between Holberg, Eastern Aria and Camponologist, picking Holburg and giving McEvoy the better mount cause he's an idiot ooops I mean the Camponologist mount but now Camponologist is the only Godolphin runner so Frankie, I'd assume, gets that mount leaving McEvoy empty-handed or with... (that means please fill in the blank).

What happens with the Lexus winner (and possibly the winner of the MacKinnon) if the jockey is already committed? What I mean is, who exactly is left at this point?

That's wonderful Morty cause I really did want to make sure I had it straight or I wouldn't ask for help so thank you once again for your insight.

From the HKJC.

So this means Drunken Sailor is a go (???).

Beadman permitted to ride in Australia
26/10/2010

Permission has been granted for Stable Retained Jockey Darren Beadman to be absent from Hong Kong in order to ride MR MEDICI (Trainer Peter L Ho) in the Emirates Melbourne Cup (Group 1) which is scheduled to be conducted at Flemington Racecourse, Melbourne on Tuesday, 2 November 2010.

Jockey Beadman has advised that he intends to depart Hong Kong after the Happy Valley race meeting which is scheduled to be conducted on Sunday, 31 October 2010 and to return on Wednesday, 3 November 2010 in order to fulfil his race riding engagements at the Sha Tin race meeting scheduled to be conducted that evening.

As such, Jockey Beadman will not miss a Hong Kong race meeting.

There's Mr. Helpful again.

If Drunken Sailor is a no go I'd imagine Prebble is offered a mount.

Agree?
