Sumwon and her foal, Saturday September 25, 2010
I had a great visit with Sumwon and her foal last Saturday. The last time I saw the foal, she was 2 1/2 weeks old, spindly and skittish. Five months later, she was friendly and curious. Sumwon, more mellow than when she was at the track, still loves carrots and peppermints.

OH MY what a cutie - thank you !!!! was just asked over the weekend if anybody had been out to see SWLY lately and what the foal looks like at approx. 5 months (??) - now have the answer for em lol - thanks again..

Thanks so much for posting those pics, Unstable. There will always be a soft spot in my heart for Sumwon. She is a treasure, and that apple doesn't look like it fell far from the tree.
