500K entry, tied up for 3 years, 2% off the top, and 20% off profits. You could do a lot more with 1.5M over 3 years....like buy 300 5k claimers  -bt-

This is the first big "investment" racing effort I've seen concentrating on black-typing fillies rather than colts.
