Default Yet another clever new DRF section..

DRF adds 'Inside Post', a round-up of the Track Reporters day-to-day news. These reports have always been a pulse of track news, but putting them on a daily one page compendium was smart and helpful.

I can see how they are useful if you are betting from home. If that is what people rely on.

Grening, Welsch, Rampellini and Hersh are particularly adept reporters that cull a great amount of information from their respective backstretches. Rampellini somehow covers about 9 tracks. She's unbelievable.

And it's even more of a resource than originally thought.. They've made the track reports into blogs to which you can subscribe. It can obviously be invaluable too, as checking yesterday would have yielded the fact that there was a $60k Super High 5 C/O at HOL Thursday... (which ended up paying out $49k).

Personally? No. I don't use Equibase much.

I really think you should check it out. It's where DRF gets most of its info from anyway.

My favorite DRF section to share with others is the three or four inches of print space devoted to national and/or world news each day.

Even degenerate gamblers need to stay connected to real time world happenings, I tell others......
