I think Dunkirk's connections very cleverly took advantage of the track condition to get their best possible outcome with a horse who is, I fear, rather one-paced. Borel's move was 1/4 mile early. He needed to ride at the track last week, instead of going on TV shows. He's generally a humble, hard-working gentleman and I think all this attention went to his head. |
