![]() for the Commonwealth. Kathy Walsh stayed true to form. But she did miss out on the easy picking Grade 2 at SA last weekend. Which was won by a horse who ran for a 50K claiming tag last out - and was 7/1 odds in that claiming race in his last start.
Back to Kee .... Post time favorites have run there record to an impressive 5-for-45 in all synthetic track Graded Stake races ever run at Keeneland. It was 5-for-43 coming into this meet ... and so far in the two Graded Stake races .... 3/5 favorite Stardom Bound was a terrible 3rd and 3/5 favorite Evita Argenita was a horrible 4th. The Ashland winner paid $50 - the Beaumont winner paid $35 in a six horse field. The mighty Ventura gets her chance to take a crack at it as a likely odds-on favorite in the Madison today. |

![]() They are using the Tiznow as a prep for the Met Mile instead. Makes a lot more sense to only ship once.

![]() With the sprint division as bad as it is out West...and the BC being there again this year...
Does it really make sense to ship at all? |

![]() True enough I guess. He makes the Met a more interesting race for sure .. even though it's pretty interesting as it is.

![]() He's a gelding so it's about money. The SoCal races are one berry patch after another but the purses are horrendous.
Kathy Walsh looks like she'd fit in at Belmont without a problem. NT |
