Watch live right now. If you've never seen them it is very interesting. Went two years ago to Saratoga and watched live..wow!

Enjoy,

You can follow the results here.
http://www.fasigtipton.com/results/2...ults080408.asp

A few I like:
#23 Tale of the Cat-Piedras Negras (half to La Traviata)
#32 Ghostzapper-Questress (half to Pomeroy)
#42 Afleet Alex-Restored Hope (half to Sabellina), lots of turf pedigree there
#44 Distorted Humor-Royally Chosen (really nice Cal-bred, first foal)
#47 Smarty Jones-Santaria (half to Medallist)
#69 Medalglia D'Oro-Stylish Storm (half to Most Distiguished)
#77 Smart Strike-Tash Dash (ridiculous 2nd dam)
#94 War Chant-With a Wink (great NYB family)
#102 Mr. Greeley-Arcadiana (2nd dam is Solar Slew, the dam of CIGAR)
#113 Saint Liam-Blue Sky Princess (half to Tessa Blue)
#115 Smarty Jones-Bright Feather (half to Albert the Great, etc.)
#130 Songandaprayer-Cloud Break (half to LOST IN THE FOG)

Hip 86 - NY Bred Lion Heart colt from a stakes winning mare that has produced a stakes winner (only offspring of racing age)...

He ought to catch big as long as he's remotely correct considering how well Lion Heart has done so far as a freshman sire -

Edit - stakes placed runner who's banked 500k so far - still for 125K it looks like Dogwood stole this one

Hip #77 was ENORMOUS and I of course 'ed the half to Most D.

This year they closed off the walking ring next to the bar so it was harder to get a good look at all the yearlings.

Chuck said he looked at #77 and determined her to be too big...

A lot of people must have because she didn't sell so well. Physically she reminded me of Curlin with that "big bruiser" of a frame, if she were a human she'd be one of those scary Russian athletes.

Not crazy money, but Hip 68 just went for $900,000. That's the most expensive I've seen since I fired it up.

EDIT: Hip 80 went for $1.5 million.
