Is there any way to get them downloaded to my computer to put them on my video channels?

you can use real player download to save any video on the web, its very useful.

I got it, but got a failed notice when i uploaded it to youtube. What did I do wrong?

never tried uploading to youtube, it may have a copyright imbed in it somehow.
