you take what you can get...#10 in the 7th at BEL had a horrendous trip last time. Coa broke good with this gelding, had the rail secured and by the time they reached the backstretch he somehow found his way to the outside. From there it only got worse as he was widest of all the entire way around (swung wide in the comments doesn't do it justice)...

maybe he'll float up late and i'll get 4 or 5-1, i'll take him at 7-2 or more...

Jeez...hats off to Chad Brown and the 5 horse. Are you kidding? I know he was a big deal when they bought him in '04, but come on? Off a year layoff, challenges for the lead, settles, then powers by in the stretch...WOW!!!
