The amazing Tarja Turunen
OK, so I'm late to the dance but this lady rocks my world! The former front for the Finnish supergroup Nightwish, she has left the band and just released a solo album recorded in Argentina called My Winter Storm...so far, she has done two vids and they are amazing! I have both on my Myspace page along with perhaps the greatest rock performance I've ever seen/heard with her and Nightwish prior to the split. A classically-trained opera singer fronting for a metal band...go figure! If you've never seen/heard her...check her out!
