I just turned on TVG to watch a few races from Santa Anita and they aren't showing them on TV. What gives, they are featuring Sunland, Sam Houston and Dover (harness). What Gives??????????????

Thanks HHH, they are showing the odds and minutes to post, but not not the races. I thought I did see some live racing from SA during the last 2 days. Why on the 3rd day of the meet would they lose the right to show it on the network? I am very confused and dissapointed about the whole situation.

TVG never has had the TV rights to SA, only during the oak tree meeting which is a seperate deal. However you can now wager on Santa Anita through TVG, thus why they are showing the odds and minutes to post for their races. You can bet on GGF through TVG as well, but races for GGF and SA will always be live on Hrtv

I think they are showing some 'replays' of the races there, after they have become official.

Thanks for your answers guys. I have never really been a big fan of California racing. But in the spring I really enjoyed the Hollywood meet (I actually did ok) and I have been trying to follow the circuit more closely. I hate watching races on the computer, but I guess there is no alternative right now. I am going to have to it anyway to see Gulfstream.
