I don't think so. I believe it was started by a former member of this forum.
Some other folks on this board could probably shed some more light on that.

Got it -- thanks. You are right, the one I was thinking of was something different. It was an off-shoot of the NYRA BB -- didn't like it too much at all. I don't know the one you are referring to as I am pretty much only here.

I am sure that is a pretty common result -- especially when you have one or two strong cliques, no egos checked at the door, a mutual a$$ kissing society, where the zoo is run by the animals, and so on, LOL.
