NOTE: Track MUDDY/SEALED with what looks to be a pretty loose top surface.. Turf labeled GOOD.. No rain expected and track should be drying out from here on in.. After the 2nd (6.5f), there won't be a race on the main until the 5th.. Could be tacky and tiring at that point..

I see Sabre Baby is in the 3rd today for Dutrow after running on Sunday. I know Dutrow is fond of this less than 7 days run back move, but has anybody charted what happens to these horses after their two closely spaced races? I haven't paid enough attention to know, but do they continue to run regularly or do most of them end up on the shelf for 60-90 days?
