Well Now
Looks as though I got friends in high places.
It's been brought to my attention that I don't talk horse racing.Ten stinking posts or so and I am getting harpooned. Now you listen to me. This is the guy who last year nailed the triple crown. Well ok...so I missed the derby....but I had Bernardini before the start of the Preakness.....and Jazil in the Belmont. That ain't all. And by the way....this all comes from another board and I know there are people here who can corroborate all of this. Oh they won't because they enjoy seeing me die....but they could. So anways last week this one guy asks me for the best bet on Wednesday's Aqueduct card. I gave him Mend. The next day he asks the same question for Thursdays card there. I gave him Meniscus. I also threw him a bonus bone for Thursdays best bet at Gulfstream. That was DJ Best. So if maybe I don't ALWAYS talk about horses...... ......but ya might want me to stick around for those days that I do.

Who do you like for the derby so far, Mortimer? My original pick stunk up the track in the LA derby and I'm not sure I can forgive him based upon that performance.

I don't typically bet other people's picks, but I definitely take them into consideration when I'm looking at who I like. To answer your previous question, I posted a picture from that awful movie, Troll in one of these threads. It was pretty creepy. -------------------------- What is he talking about?
