Default Mountaineer DD's 2/20

The early double really isn't worthwhile getting excited about. The 10 in the 2nd looks to lay over the field.I'm just going to bet one cold double 2/10.The 2 in the 1st should be loose on the lead and the hope i have is that she has enough lengths to crawl to the wire faster than the rest of them.In the late double i'm playing the 6,7,8/9,10.Good luck.

Like the 10 in the 2nd too...impossible to bet against. I'm adding the 5 Kiss the Flame if upsets are in the make like last night and in the first I'm going outside with the speed 9 and 10

Early DD

9,10/5,10

I like the 9 in the first with a decent work over a "good" track 3 days ago. Jockey/Trainer must have pulled off a good one recently as ROI on their only 2 races together in the past 2 months is +73.70

I'll be playing tonight but not going to get home from work in time to play the early double... If the Mountain plays anything like last night, the chalk will finish out of the $$$... good luck!

Muddy track. Could be a front runner's evening.

One thing I've noticed for the past couple weeks about the Mountain is that horses with layoffs have been doing lousy, regardless if they're the class of the field. The reason could be that it's too dam cold up there to train 5K claimers properly. The trainers appear to be using the majority of their time preparing for the higher purses. Look for recent works or freshening races.
