I might as well ask this here...

Soupy was last today at Golden Gate... running for a 4k tag.

He's been around for as long as I've followed the game anyway.

Anyone know his story? I don't know a thing only that I've seen his name year after year after year and can't recall ever seeing that he got a win.

Very good chance I'm wrong, but...

Jockeys Vladimir Diaz and Emilio Flores were taken to Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center with undisclosed injuries following a spill in the third race Saturday night at Hollywood Casino @ Penn National.

Yeah those bottom level claimers should only be ridden carefully.. Maybe there should be rules that once a horse goes below a 15k tag they should only be ridden by very nice jockeys that are very kind?
