Well I wish you both luck. Maybe he can be bred to Lemons Forever and they can name the foal Oneracewonder.

Yes, I am sure you jokers have owned a Kentucky Derby or Oaks winner. You can never win again, but if you win one of those races your place in history is set. I am sure the owners are crushed that some guys who probably couldn't afford their feed bill are mocking their Kentucky Derby and Oaks winners.

That race has not been very kind to stallions in recent years, especially ones that never did much beside that. Personally I dont like his combination of pedigree, conformation and lack of speed. But I respect others opinions and the hardest thing to do in the horse business is figuring out which stallions will be great and which wont.

Are you serious? You don't like his conformation? I think that's his best quality...

His lack of speed I can understand.

Like I said if you would like to place a bet on any of Lemons Forevers future races just let me know and I'll handle any action you want (odds +5) ( no show wagering)

His conformation is not condusive to producing what the market wants.

Maybe when Lemon's Forevor is 4, she takes that next step and becomes more talented.

You can compare her to Giacomo in the fact that they both won a race with the word "Kentucky" in it, and they're both deep closers, BUT! I wanna see what she can do at 4 before totally comparing her with Giacomo.

Because Giacomo at 4 was just like when he was at 3- Close from 20 lengths back to get 4th. Maybe Lemons Forevor can be better than that, and only time can tell.

BTW- I'll take Giacomo as a stud. He's got some Holy Bull in him. I think you could make some nice hard-knocking horses from him.

Or Keeneland how it is now
Polysire! Thats the ticket!

Fair enough...

I guess I'm not 100% in agreeance on what the market wants... can we say SPEED, SPEED and more SPEED?

Have you been around Giacomo a lot? What's his personality like? I'd love to see him up close. I know he's a "plodder" and the worst kentucky derby winner we've ever seen, but I like him.

He is a little light in the gaskin and forearm. Kind of built like a distance turf horse though there is not that much turf in his pedigree.
