Looked to me like the 3 was herded out and that is why the contact was made.

This could be the longest objection in the history of the world.

I have to see it again, you would think you'd get an extra replay in the 20 minutes since the race ended. But if its taking this long you would think that a DQ is coming.

IMO that was the wrong call, and the amount of time it took is ridiculous.

They might have taken him down cause of interference with the 8 (who claimed foul too). They totally took him off the board. Gonna watch replay again.

That is the case but to me it looked like he was herded out and interfered with the 8. Someone wasn't convinced or it wouldn't have taken 20 minutes.

This would be my issue (and didn't have a dime on it). I could make a case for them taking him down for interference on the 6. It looks like he was slightly herded at the top of the lane, but he doesn't really drift out until they're in the shadow of the wire and it looked pretty bad. But why did they totally take him off the board? The 8 wasn't getting there, so did they take him down for a fraudulent claim from a 57-1 shot?
