Default Kent D...again

Another terrible ride. Checked Premium Tap hard...then asks for him to re-rally.
Geesh, if I weighed 40 lbs less, I'd love to ride against him.
Bet Kent if you dare.
To me, he's a very bad rider. BAD!!!

Now he filed an objection! Heck, he picked the hole and ran INTO it!
What a whiner!

At least some like Garret Gomez learn from their mistakes.
Kent just keeps being stupid.
Premium Tap is a really nice one. Deserves to be put into "trip notes" after today...especially with a jockey change.

He trys to think way too much. If I owned Premimun Tap I would be punching his lights out for that ride. No need to take a chance like that and then try to re-rally the horse after he was to his knees.

Maybe the most overrated jockey of our time. Consistently in big races gives rides like that.

Has anybody seen the video? So far,I have not seen any good video of it at all.I've seen Willie do even more sloppy riding than Kent. So,if they don't show video, then I'll assume home cookin'.

common sense tells you that Desormeaux was interefered with. they should have taken down the winner and moved the best horse in the race up, Premium Tap.

Scuds,
They won't show a "head on" cause it happened on the turn. Kent went for the rail hole. When it wasn't there, he checked Premium Tap and almost fell.
What a way to waste a horse! Then he asked for a re-rally from almost a stop. Just very bad riding. 'NUF SAID. No need to whine Kentie boy.
Admit it Kentie...my trained chimp could spot a horse better.

the hole was there. he had his shoulders in it then was bumped by that winner as he closed it off. common sense tells one that nobody runs a horse into another horse from behind like that. it only makes sense there was a hole there when KD accelerated into it and then was intefered with.

Willie didnt do anything wrong. Kent made a stupid premature move. He could have waited like any good jockey would have done. No home cooking there.

when Premium Tap's lips kiss the saddle of the the winner after being cut off

another plot on kentucky racing if you cannot have tv coverage on the whole track, every major track in NA can provide headon /rear view coverage on the main track, if this was a turf race, the lapse in camera's view would be an excuse.

turfway has always been the hole of the universe, even before internet racing, perhaps it still is

I can excuse the judges but not the racetrack, or the commision

every part of the race track should and must be covered by the race track video

very disappointed once again by KENTUCKY RACING

there is no way any track should have that kind of hole in the video

Willie didnt do anything wrong.

that's bull****. you expect me to believe a jockey drives into a hole that isn't there ? the so called winner needed to keep a straight path and he did not.

Willie was just race riding. Had Kent had his head up, he would have seen the hole getting smaller. There was still enough room, but Kent didn't move quick enough. His loss.

Stupid time to make a move like that. He should have waited until they got in the stretch. His own fault, someone else's gain. Now everybody knows that this guy is soooo overrated. He needs to stop daydreaming during the race.

if the kentucky drug policy wasn't enough

there bridge track doesn't have a camera into the stretch on the main and only track

the jock ain't one of my favorites

but that horse was a breath from tumbling head over heals

How Embarressing

he didn't run up on his heals

This ain't just some drunks betting beer money at Turfway. This race was in the NTRA PICK 4,and if they are dirty on this they will be found out.See,this is why you don't ever want to show favoritism to a jock.I pointed it out when they let Willie wipe out half the field in the Churchill stretch a couple years ago.Once you start doing that, you invite a lot of trouble. They didn't even call an inquiry that day. Some of us remember that.

Jack Straw from Wichita cut his buddy down
And dug for him a shallow grave, and laid his body down
Half a mile from Tucson, by the morning light
One man gone and another to go
My old buddy you're moving much too slow

Sumitas,
I usually agree with you. Just my two cents...races go forward. If KD thought he saw a hole and went for it, even though it wasn't there, no need to whine about it. He almost got himself and his horse killed.
Bad riding. He needs to ride forward, like all the others...and not think that because he's coming, others are looking back behind to give him something.
They're not looking there.
