It is.
Their 10-cent Win Pick Nine is also a jackpot, but it's been playing differently. On almost all occasions this meet (less one or two, maybe?), it hasn't paid because nobody can get nine, so it's the complete opposite of the multiple winners on the $1 High-5 every day.
Seems like about the time in that carryover to take a swing at the Pick-9. Not enough getting bet into it daily to make it a huge likelihood that you'd share it with other winners if you got nine, and the payoff would be quite nice if you could manage it.
We've had some
really chalky days recently, with only one or two (tops) decent prices in the win column, and still it is almost never paying to 9 of 9.
