Pimlico P5 rules question

Under their wagering rules, it says that their Jackpot P5 pays out 60% of pool to winners of 5 out of 5, and the other 40% goes to carryover (of course unless there is a single winning ticket).

My question is, is that 60% of that day's pool plus the previous carryover, or just 60% of that day's pool?
